Rancho Calaveras Property Owners' Association was established in 1974 by Boise Cascade as a recreational community. Today RCPOA encompasses the area known as "Rancho Calaveras", from Jenny Lind Road in the west to Silver Rapids Road in the northeast, as well as the Berkesey and Ross Drives area northwest of Highway 26. There are over 3,600 lots and over 2,000 families that are part of our community. RCPOA is a volunteer organization and, as such, relies on our members to make it a success. Membership in RCPOA is very affordable and offers tremendous benefits for your family and your community. We extend membership eligibility to any resident of Rancho Calaveras and residents living within 25 miles of the Rancho Calaveras subdivision. We have one of the best meeting facilities in the area, as well as the only community pool in Valley Springs. Monthly potlucks, scrapbook night, and the annual Haunted House are just some of the ways you can keep connected with your neighbors. We are always looking for new ideas and welcome your input! Please contact the RCPOA Clubhouse with any suggestions or questions. |
